Usage Amount for Reference 

(1) Dipping Process:   RH-NB-8668-1 diluted emulsion   3-5%(o.w.f)

(2) Padding Process:   RH-NB-8668-1 diluted emulsion   10-30g/L

Package

 100kg or 190kg plastic barrel.

Storage

Store in cool and ventilated warehouse. 6 months of storage period.

Emulsification Method

RH-NB-8668-1： 100kg

Emulsifier:       10kg (recommend XL, AEO series)

Glacial acetic acid: 2kg

Water: 200kg

Emulsified to silicone emulsion, transparent appearance

Dilute process:

1. Add RH-NB-8668-1 and emulsifier to reactor, start stirring for 5-10 minutes;

2. Add 10kg water to stir for 5 minutes, stir evenly;

3. Add 10kg water to stir for 5 minutes, stir evenly;

4. Add 10kg water to stir for 5 minutes, stir evenly; add 1kg glacial acetic acid to stir for 5 minutes;

5. Add 10kg water to stir for 5 minutes, stir evenly,

6. Add 10kg water to stir for 5 minutes, stir evenly; add 1kg glacial acetic acid to stir for 5 minutes;

7. Add 10kg water to stir for 5 minutes, stir evenly;

8. Add 20kg water to stir for 5 minutes, stir evenly;

9. Add rest water, adjust PH value to 6, filter and packing.
